The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Resident Medical Officer (SRMO) to provide locum support in general medicine across the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. You’ll work in a dynamic team alongside registrars and consultants, managing admissions, ward rounds, and daily patient care.

With a varied caseload and structured supervision, this is a strong opportunity for SRMOs looking to strengthen their clinical exposure in a major metro–regional hospital environment.
 

Clinical Environment:

• Consultant-led rounds and senior registrar guidance
• Inpatient general medicine units with diverse clinical exposure
• Involvement in admissions, discharges, and case reviews
• Supportive multidisciplinary teams and structured handover processes

 
Eligibility Criteria:

• AHPRA Registration
• PGY3+ with recent experience in general medicine or acute inpatient care
• NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
