About the Role

A rare opportunity is available for a VR General Practitioner to take over the established patient base of a long-standing GP who is retiring. With significant existing demand, the incoming doctor can expect to be busy from day one rather than having to spend months building a patient list.

Both full-time and part-time GPs will be considered, including experienced doctors and newly fellowed GPs looking for the right practice to establish the next stage of their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general practice care
• Take over and develop relationships with an established patient base
• Manage acute, chronic and preventative healthcare presentations
• Collaborate with nursing, administration and fellow clinicians
• Develop areas of special interest where desired

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA General Registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (or equivalent)
• Experienced and newly fellowed GPs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care
