Seeking a VR GP to join a GP-owned, community-focused practice one hour north of Melbourne. Start ASAP in a full-time or part-time capacity, with clear pathways to partnership and future registrar supervision. What’s On Offer
Bulk-billing model for all consultations (no gap fees)
MM2 DPA incentives on top of standard Medicare reimbursements
70 % of billings for VR GPs (negotiable for the right candidate)
Guaranteed bookings one week in advance (4–6 patients per hour)
Flexible roster: full-time (4–5 days/week) or part-time (minimum two days)
Opportunity to take on Level 1 & 2 registrar supervision, boosting earnings
