About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a General Practitioner to join a rapidly growing, modern clinic group who have locations in 3 different areras of Brisbane. These purpose-built clinics offer a premium, subscription-based model, where patients pay a monthly membership for enhanced access to care.

This model allows doctors to focus on quality consultations rather than high patient turnover, with average consult times of 15 minutes and strong continuity of care. You’ll be supported by experienced nurses, allied health professionals, and a dedicated patient app that enhances communication and engagement.

What’s on Offer

• 100% of billings retained by the GP
• Approx. 1100 patients per full-time GP
• Subscription-based model (patients pay $45/month to clinic)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred consultations
• Build long-term relationships with a consistent patient base
• Manage a mix of acute, chronic and preventative care
• Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals
• Utilise digital tools including the clinic’s patient app for communication

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Doctors who are in it for the long haul (no 'churn and burn')
• Commitment to quality care over high-volume consults
• Interest in modern healthcare delivery models
