About the Role

A well-established medical practice is urgently seeking a General Practitioner with a special interest in Women's Health to join the team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Operating for around 20 years and now based in a newly developed site, this busy clinic offers a supportive and professional environment with strong patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a modern, well-resourced practice with an established reputation and a diverse patient base.

What’s on Offer

• 65% of billings
• Initial guarantee of $180/hr or 30% of billings for the first 3 months, whichever is higher
• Lump sum incentives and relocation assistance available
• Average billings of approx. $12,000 per GP per week
• Private billing practice, with some bulk billing for eligible patients
• Full-time or part-time flexibility
• Weekend loading of +$10 per consultation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a mixed demographic
• Manage a broad range of presentations in a busy private billing setting
• Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Best Practice
• Support continuity of care in a growing and well-established community practice

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM, or equivalent
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
• Experienced GP with a strong interest in women's health

Practice Support & Facilities

• 10 GPs currently onsite
• 15 consulting rooms + 1 fully equipped treatment room with 4 beds
• 2–3 nurses onsite, with RN support for chronic disease management
• Co-located services including Dermatology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Dental, Hearing and Allied Health
• Open Monday to Saturday
