About the Role

A fantastic opportunity is available for a General Practitioner (male or female) to join a well-established, purpose-built clinic in the Buderim area. This modern facility supports six GPs and offers a collaborative, professional environment with strong patient demand. With a private billing model and a consistent patient base, you’ll be able to build a busy schedule while delivering high-quality care.

What’s on Offer

• 65% of billings
• Initial guarantee of $180/hr or 30% of billings for the first 3 months
• Average billings of ~$10,500 per week (38 hours)
• Lump sum incentives and relocation assistance available
• Private billing practice with established patient demand
• Monday–Friday hours only (8:30am–5:30pm) – no weekends
• Purpose-built facility with 10 consulting rooms

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consultations to a diverse patient demographic
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in a private billing environment
• Maintain accurate clinical records using ZedMed (transitioning to Best Practice)
• Collaborate with nurses and allied health professionals
• Deliver patient-centred care with a focus on continuity and outcomes

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (or working towards)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Support & Facilities

• 6 GPs onsite
• 3 Registered Nurses (including CDM support)
• 1 treatment room with 3 beds
• Onsite podiatry services
• Modern systems and strong administrative support

Consult Fees

• Standard: $80–$85
• Long: $135–$140
• Pro Long: $165–$170
