About the position:

You’ll step into a senior role with meaningful responsibility and freedom. Acting primarily for clients in tech, software, and creative industries, you’ll advise on complex commercial agreements, licensing, intellectual property, and privacy regulation.

This is a high-trust role where you’ll be empowered to run with your matters, supported by down-to-earth colleagues and smart juniors. You’ll focus on proactive, strategic advice — not litigation — with an emphasis on helping clients navigate growth, innovation and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial legal practice
• Deep understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, IP, and privacy law
• Strong communication skills and commercial insight
