Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on complex leasing matters and property law issues
• Managing a mix of commercial and residential conveyancing files
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and lease agreements
• Delivering strategic legal advice to business clients across various industries

You’ll have the chance to work directly with decision-makers, refine your commercial acumen, and progressively take on more senior responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years PAE in Commercial Law, ideally with leasing experience
• Strong understanding of QLD commercial and residential property transactions
• Confident in providing legal advice to business clients
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
• Team-oriented and driven to contribute to firm success
