About the position: This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic and successful practice, where you will engage in challenging, high-stakes construction litigation. In this role, you will:

• Work closely with two senior lawyers who are prominent figures in construction litigation
• Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers, overseeing their development and guiding them through complex cases
• Manage a broad spectrum of construction disputes, including contract breaches, defects, delays, and professional negligence
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Provide strategic legal counsel, helping clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve favorable outcomes
• Participate in business development initiatives to support the growth of the practice

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation (private practice experience required)
• Strong litigation capabilities, particularly in construction law matters
• Exceptional drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases autonomously and collaborate effectively with senior lawyers
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior legal talent
• Proven skills in client relationship management and business development
• Capacity to handle multiple cases concurrently and prioritise efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
