  • Typically 8+ years PAE in corporate/commercial (flexible for the right fit)
  • Proven ability to run complex matters and manage competing priorities
  • High-quality drafting and negotiation skills (contracts and transaction docs)
  • Confidence advising directors/owners and building trusted client relationships
  • Enjoys mentoring, knowledge-sharing and lifting team capability
  • Commercial mindset with practical judgement and strong attention to detail
Our client offers:
  • An attractive salary package (Depends on Experience/Referral Base/Management Experience)
  • A supportive environment with access to quality work and great clients
  • Professional development opportunities with regular internal and external training
  • Access to one-on-one professional coaching

  • WFH and flexible work arrangements available after probation
  • A strong culture of trust, honesty and integrity, with clear expectations aligned to values
