About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer (4–6+ years PAE) to step into a senior-level role and lead complex, high-value transactions. You'll work across a broad range of matters including M&A, joint ventures, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.

You will be the key advisor to sophisticated business clients and entrepreneurial ventures, delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions. There is a strong pipeline of work, national collaboration across offices, and mentorship from high-performing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on complex corporate and commercial matters
  • Manage mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and joint ventures
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
  • Deliver strategic legal advice that supports business goals
  • Build and manage client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Key Requirements:
  • 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Experience managing significant transactions end-to-end
  • Commercial mindset with a client-first approach
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
