Our client is a specialist corporate and commercial firm with offices in VIC and WA and a team of over 50 staff. Their Melbourne office offers exposure to significant corporate transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment. They combine national resources with boutique accessibility.
Your role
This Senior Associate opportunity will see you manage files, support juniors and contribute to high-value transactions.
- Drafting and advising on M&A and governance
- Supporting listed and private companies
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and clients
- Mentoring junior staff in the Melbourne office
Skills & experience - At least 5 years PQE in corporate law
- Strong M&A, advisory and governance experience
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Team-oriented and collaborative
