About the ROLE:

Our client seeks an experienced Senior Lawyer specialising in Family Law. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including handling divorce and separation cases, managing binding financial agreements, complex property settlements, de facto and same-sex marriages, as well as child support and parenting agreements. You will represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring their interests are expertly advocated.

Key Requirements:

• 4-10+ years PAE in Family Law
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a legal team
• Accredited Family Law specialist highly desirable
• Strong expertise in diverse family law matters
• Exceptional client management skills
• Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland
