About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a (Senior Associate) Family Lawyer with at least four years of post-admission experience (in private practice) to join a firm where culture and team spirit matter. Based in the Gold Coast, you will be part of a dynamic and welcoming team, handling a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Property settlements and financial agreements
• Parenting disputes and child support matters
• De facto and same-sex relationship matters
• Relocation and intervention orders

In addition to managing your caseload, you will:

• Work closely with an experienced and approachable team of family lawyers
• Benefit from a supportive leadership team that values work-life balance
• Enjoy a positive and engaging workplace culture with regular social events
• Have opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a team-focused environment
• Participate in firm-wide networking and business development activities

Key Requirements!

• Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Ability to achieve 5-6.5 billable hours per day
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills and a personable approach to client relationships
• Desire to be part of a supportive and social firm culture
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team-oriented environment
• A commercial mindset with strong organisational and time management skills
