About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to step into a leadership position. You’ll oversee a wide variety of family law cases, from complex financial settlements to sensitive parenting disputes. Beyond case management, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers, while enjoying the freedom to shape your own workday. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers, fostering their growth and success
• Oversee complex family law cases including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and more
• Handle client consultations, court appearances, and mediations with confidence
• Play a key role in the firm’s continued growth and client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

• Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, with at least 4 years PAE in Family Law (Private Practice Firms)
• Proven ability to manage complex family law matters independently
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
