About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to step into a leadership position. You’ll oversee a wide variety of family law cases, from complex financial settlements to sensitive parenting disputes. Beyond case management, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers, while enjoying the freedom to shape your own workday. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers, fostering their growth and success
- Oversee complex family law cases including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and more
- Handle client consultations, court appearances, and mediations with confidence
- Play a key role in the firm’s continued growth and client satisfaction
Key Requirements: - Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, with at least 4 years PAE in Family Law (Private Practice Firms)
- Proven ability to manage complex family law matters independently
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
