An immediate opportunity is now available for a confident Property and Wills & Estates Solicitor to step into an autonomous position as the firm’s sole solicitor. You will have full responsibility for managing your own matters, while being supported by a capable admin and paralegal team.

About the Firm:
  
My client specialises in all property transactions, including Conveyancing, Leases and the Purchase and Sale of Businesses. We also specialise in the areas of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estates and Business Law.

Salary and Features of the Position: 

• $130,000 - $150,000 ex Super 
• No billable targets, no overtime — genuine 9–5 schedule

The role includes a steady stream of files such as:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Off-the-plan and strata transactions
• Wills, powers of attorney and guardianship
• Probate and basic estate administration

This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys leading their own files and client relationships, without the pressure of billing targets or overtime. It’s a true 9 to 5 role, offering both professional responsibility and work-life balance.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years PAE in property law and wills/estates
• Able to manage files independently and confidently
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• NSW Practising Certificate
• Client-friendly communication and problem-solving skills
• Ready to start immediately
