The Opportunity:

This role offers exposure to sophisticated legal issues, including regulatory compliance, industrial relations, and employment litigation.
  • Advise on employment contracts, workplace policies & compliance.
  • Manage industrial relations disputes & Fair Work Act matters.
  • Handle workplace investigations, grievances & terminations.
  • Represent clients in unfair dismissal, general protections & breach of contract cases.

Who Should Apply?
  • Accredited lawyer with 2-4 years’ PAE in Employment Law.
  • Extensive exposure gained in workplace relations and safety law.
  • Strong litigation, advocacy & negotiation experience.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent drafting & client advisory skills.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded & eager to take on challenging work.
