About the Law Firm:

What You’ll Be Doing:

In their forward-looking Employment law team, you’ll advise on workplace issues for major employers, regulators and governments combining strategic counsel with hands-on execution.

• Draft, review & negotiate employment contracts, enterprise agreements & safety policies
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary & performance matters
• Represent clients in Fair Work Commission hearings, tribunals & judicial reviews
• Collaborate on diversity, safety and regulatory reform initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations or safety regulation
• Proven track record on multi-sector, multi-jurisdictional mandates
• Outstanding drafting, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
• Innovation-driven, client-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
