About the Company:

Our client is a boutique leader in personal injury and workers’ compensation law, recently establishing a state-of-the-art Melbourne CBD office. The team is celebrated for its compassionate advocacy, strong referral network and collaboration with senior barristers on high-profile matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end case management for WorkCover and disciplinary matters.
• Research legislation, draft advices and prepare court documents.
• Represent clients at committal hearings and support appeals.
• Work closely with barristers and regulators to shape case strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years PQE in personal injury law
• Solid knowledge of Victorian workers’ compensation law.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a specialist team.
