Conditions for Success: - Minimum 3 Years PQE in Intellectual Property and Trademark law including IP protection, exploitation and enforcement
- Excellent communication skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
- Able to work collaboratively with IP litigators and patent/TM attorneys.
Your Responsibilities: - Provide tailored advice to clients regarding IP issues, and data & privacy matters
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases including technology contracts for software development/licensing and end-user license agreements
- Drafting and reviewing website terms of services and privacy policies
- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Take on a leadership role through mentoring and guiding junior colleagues
