The firm is experiencing strong growth after recently acquiring a busy IP - Trademark practice and is looking for a talented Litigation Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Litigation Lawyer to work with innovative and growing businesses across various industries. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
- Representing clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
- Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
- Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to clients’ unique needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Requirements - 2+ years of post-admission experience in litigation
- Strong knowledge of commercial and civil litigation processes
- Experience with IP, employment, or business disputes (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a tech-driven environment
