About the Firm

Our client is a progressive and forward-thinking law firm that specialises in providing legal solutions to startups, entrepreneurs, and businesses. With a strong emphasis on innovation, technology, and client-focused service, they offer a modern approach to legal practice. The firm is experiencing strong growth after recently acquiring a busy IP - Trademark practice and is looking for a talented Litigation Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

About the Role
  
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Litigation Lawyer to work with innovative and growing businesses across various industries. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
  • Representing clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
  • Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to clients’ unique needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of post-admission experience in litigation
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and civil litigation processes
  • Experience with IP, employment, or business disputes (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a tech-driven environment
