About the Position: This is a standout opportunity for a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of post-admission experience who is looking to do more than just practice law—someone ready to take the reins of their career.

In this role, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Partners who are listed in Best Lawyers in Australia and featured in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific. You will handle a variety of complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and corporate litigation, while being strategically coached for long-term growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-value commercial and corporate litigation matters
  • Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with Partners
  • Lead discovery, draft court documents, and manage key stakeholder interactions
  • Take increasing ownership of files and guide junior lawyers over time
  • Participate in court proceedings, mediations, and client negotiations
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years post-admission litigation/dispute resolution experience
  • Background in private practice with exposure to commercial litigation
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
  • Career-focused mindset with ambition to step into leadership
  • Collaborative, proactive, and committed to long-term success
