About the Position:

You’ll work alongside recognised leaders in insolvency and restructuring, representing a mix of financial institutions, administrators, and company directors. Your work will span statutory claims, voidable transactions, and regulatory proceedings. There is ample room to develop courtroom experience and participate in strategic client engagement and BD activities.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation law with exposure gained in restructuring and insolvency matters
• Sound technical grounding and strong written advocacy skills
• Interest in complex, often headline-making matters
