Salary and Highlights of this position:

• $130,000 - $170,000 | 2 + PAE Onwards

Our client is a leading national law firm with deep expertise in strata and community title law. The practice specialises in insurance law, commercial dispute resolution, building and construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions, planning, and property law.

The Commercial and Property team handles a broad, varied workload for clients across Australia. Known for their technical excellence and genuine investment in people, they offer an environment where quality matters and careers are built.

The Role:

You will join the Commercial and Property team working across a diverse range of matters including:

• By-law drafting and registration
• Development of stratum schemes including multi-level management
• Conveyancing and strata plans of subdivision (including redevelopment and sale of common property)
• Property and strata title advice; company title advice and conversion to strata
• Sale of business agreements and general property or commercial contract drafting
• Management documentation: management statements, caretaker agreements, building management and letting agreements, development contracts and covenants
• Leases and licences
• Planning law matters

Requirements

• 2+ years PAE (property, commercial or transactional focus preferred)
• Strong academics, drafting skills, time management and attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Organised professional, able to diarise important dates and meet deadlines under pressure
• Genuine passion for transactional work and a drive to develop further in this space
