About the Position: Our client is offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate to join its prominent Brisbane-based property team, working closely with a leading partner who is consistently recognised in top legal directories for real estate and leasing law. This partner’s practice spans:
  • Major acquisitions and sales of commercial and rural properties
  • High-value leasing matters (retail, industrial, and commercial)
  • Complex titling and mixed-use developments
  • Liquor licensing and gaming advisory
  • Strategic property planning and due diligence
This role presents an exceptional chance to work on landmark transactions, including capital projects, multi-sector leasing, and structured title developments. You'll be advising well-established clients in industries such as healthcare, retail, rural, tourism, and industrial development.
As part of a high-performing, collaborative team, you’ll receive ongoing mentorship while also having the opportunity to take the lead on files and support junior lawyers. The role offers genuine pathways to advance your expertise and leadership profile in the commercial property space.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial property law
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale property transactions, leasing, and titling
  • Exposure to rural acquisitions, liquor licensing, and gaming regulation is advantageous
  • Strong client engagement skills with a commercial mindset
  • Interest in supervising and mentoring junior legal staff
