Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate – Real Estate (2–4 PAE) to work across a diverse mix of commercial property matters while being mentored by highly respected Partners. Expect hands-on responsibility, direct client contact and the variety to accelerate your technical growth.
Salary and features of this position: - $100,000 - $140,000

About the position: You will work on:
- Acquisitions & disposals of assets, companies and trusts (contract drafting, negotiation, due diligence)
- Development & construction issues (planning, zoning, permits, land use, titling & subdivision)
- Property finance (mortgages, refinancing, security packages)
- Project Delivery & Development Management Agreements
- Syndications & joint ventures, transaction structuring and risk allocation
- Commercial contracts supporting real estate projects and operations
Clients include national developers, corporates, private capital, funds, government and NFPs across office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and build-to-rent.
Key Requirements: - 2–4 years’ PAE in commercial real estate/property law
- Solid drafting and negotiation skills; strong academics
- Exposure to acquisitions/disposals, DD, finance and development work
- Commercial acumen with excellent written and verbal communication
- Team-focused mindset; able to work autonomously when required
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
