Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Position Overview:

The firm is well established and has a prestigious property & commercial law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including:

• Acquisitions and divestments of property
• Residential / Off the plan conveyancing across multiple states
• Industrial, residential, and retail developments
• design, build and lease arrangements across the industrial, office and retail sectors
• Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing for both landlord and tenant
• Providing advice on sale and purchases of land contracts – including off‑the‑plan transactions

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE in Property & Commercial Law.
• Proven experience in managing complex property transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Admission to practice law in Australia.
