Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Senior Associate with 5 to 8 years' PAE to join the Sydney team and lead projects and infrastructure disputes.

About the role
  
You will lead disputes arising from construction, projects and infrastructure work, acting for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers. You will:

• Run construction and projects disputes from first advice through to resolution
• Manage claims, defences and dispute resolution processes
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers
• Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger files

What you'll bring

• 5 to 8 years' PAE
• Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
• Construction or projects dispute resolution experience
• Strong advocacy, drafting and file management skills
