A growing pharmacy group with five locations is seeking a motivated Pharmacist Manager to take the lead in managing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple pharmacies
• Mentor and support pharmacists, techs and healthcare staff
• Oversee dispensing of 300–400 prescriptions daily with accuracy
• Deliver vaccinations and professional pharmacy services
• Collaborate with owners to drive service and business success

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as Pharmacist in Charge or Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational and mentoring skills
• Experience with vaccinations and FRED software
• Assertive and confident approach to management
