A highly regarded community pharmacy in Sea Lake, VIC, is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist Manager. • Regular hours: Mon–Fri 9 am–5:30 pm, Sat 9 am–12 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all dispensary and pharmacy operations
• Dispense prescriptions accurately (LOTS software)
• Provide clinical services and patient counselling
• Lead, train and support pharmacy staff
• Build strong relationships with patients and local healthcare providers

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Previous experience in leadership or sole pharmacist roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow and drive team success
• A genuine passion for community healthcare and growth
