About the Role
Join our group operating two beautiful beachside pharmacies in Coastal WA. As a Pharmacist Manager ($65/hr) or Pharmacist ($55/hr), you’ll be based primarily in one store with rotations to the other, gaining broad experience in retail operations, Websterpaks, vaccinations, and robotic dispensing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead retail and clinical services, including Websterpaks and vaccinations
• Supervise and mentor junior staff (Manager role)
• Operate and optimise dispensing workflows, including robotic systems
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA and internal quality standards

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Manager: 2–3 years’ management experience; Pharmacist: strong dispensary background
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to embrace a rotating roster and diverse tasks
