Job Description:

Family Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in Gold Coast, QLD. The firm is innovative and progressive located with a culture that is focused on developing its employees and building strong relationships with clients. They have an established reputation as a leading Family Law Firm.

Family Law work:

The firm is highly-regarded and has a prestigious family law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including:

• Divorce and separation
• Binding Financial agreements
• Complex property settlements
• Defacto and same-sex marriage
• Child support and parenting agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Requirements :

Minimum 3+ years PAE of Family Law experience (ideally ranging across complex matters)

• Time management and organisational skills;
• Enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences

• Salary can be negotiated upon skills and experience but a guide is $100,000 to $150,000 + Super
