Job Description

Our client is a not-for-profit allied health service supporting families in a very remote mining region, 5 hours south of Exmouth. The team blends fresh perspectives with deep experience (10+ years). Open to outstanding Psychologists, Mental Health-accredited Social Workers, Occupational Therapists or Nurses.
  • Salary: Level 1 $80,000 - $120,000 + Super + relocation 
  • Caseload & model: Paediatrics 0–18 (commonly 0–7); clinic-based with short local travel; hybrid elements

About the Role
  • Paediatric focus: speech, language, play, early intervention (0–7 primary cohort)
  • Day-to-day: typically 1-hour appointments with 30-min follow-ups
  • Workload/KPIs: Seniors 5; juniors build up gradually with support
  • Hours: Centre open 8:00–5:30; work 7.6–8 hr days depending on caseload
  • Travel: 5 minutes from the clinic (schools/nearby sites)
  • Mix: 50/50 NDIS & private
  • Start: as soon as possible
Support Available
  • Structured induction: up to 6 months (new grads); seniors commence with a few weeks’ shadowing and a supported 6-month ramp
  • Weekly supervision (line management & clinical), adjusted to your experience
  • MDT huddles monthly for complex cases
