Job Description

Our client is a well supported multidisciplinary service with two locations - one in North Adelaide and one in South Adelaide.

Enjoy a salaried model within a flexible, outcomes focused environment.
Shape your caseload across the lifespan and work a minimum of three days per week.

Onboarding can be immediate to suit your availability.

  • Salaried role at 80k to 110k FTE plus 1,000 dollars PD allowance, providing income certainty with funded development so you can grow confidently.
  • Minimum KPI of five billable hours per day, creating realistic targets with protected admin options so quality plans stay front and centre.
  • Flexible mix of clinic, community and telehealth, offering variety in delivery so clients receive support where it works best.

  • Typical travel within thirty minutes of home, enabling local engagement so you spend more time with clients and less on the road.

Requirements
  • Registered as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core level or above.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology or Developmental Education.
  • Comfortable travelling locally and working across clinic, community and telehealth settings.
