Seeking an Occupational Therapist with home care package experience to join a well-established aged care and community service provider. 

The role involves a mix of home care, residential facilities and respite services across High Wycombe, Midland, Carlisle and Windsor Park, all within a short travel radius. This position suits an Occupational Therapist who values autonomy, flexibility and the support of a large multidisciplinary team.

What’s on Offer

• $80,000 - $110,000 + Super 
• Travel reimbursement for home visits and community work
• Mixed caseload including home assessments, modifications, cognitive assessments and aged care services

Requirements
