The Role

• Community-based position
• Aged Care caseload with opportunities to see NDIS clients as well
• The role includes: home assessments/modifications, equipment prescription and education
• 1 day working from the office in Alexandria
• Hybrid working
• Contained travel with your home location accounted for in your caseload

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Passionate and motivated about helping clients achieve their goals
• Drivers license and own vehicle
• Previous aged care experience (desirable)
