This leading not-for-profit provider offers early intervention support to children at the start of their diagnostic journey. They specialise in assisting children with autism, developmental delays, and rare syndromes to build their capacity for everyday activities through routines-based intervention. Working closely with children and their families, this organisation is dedicated to fostering independence and autonomy.
About the Position:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will participate in an in-depth, 12-week induction program, gradually building up your caseload while shadowing experienced therapists. Your day may include group programs at the company's clinic in Baulkham Hills, along with individualised sessions in community settings like homes, early childhood centers, and schools. A manageable KPI of 4.5 billable hours per day allows you to deliver high-quality care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
- Weekly supervision for the first 3 months, then fortnightly
- Supervision from the lead therapist with over 8 years experience
- Buddy system for New Graduate Occupational Therapists
- Engage in transdisciplinary team meetings and professional development workshops
- Tailored caseload scheduling minimises travel, focusing on your home region
On Offer: - Salary of $75,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Salary packaging for tax minimisation, adding up to $5-6k in take-home pay
- Kilometric reimbursement and yearly PD budget up to $1,100

What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
