About the Role
Paediatric-focused Occupational Therapist position in North Canberra
Flexible scheduling and strong work–life balance: 25 hours per week onsite in a clinic-based, plus 13 hours of remote work from home
Mix caseload of complex paediatric clients (with optional adult)
Referral-driven service from GPs and word-of-mouth, with allocation from a large waiting list
Participation in family intake assessments and multidisciplinary care planning

Performance-based bonus: $100 for each client seen above tailored clinician-based KPI targets, with potential to earn up to $130,000 per year

Requirements
AHPRA registered for Occupational Therapy
