Job Description

Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, as a Psychologist, dedicated to changing the lives of children and young people. This is your chance to thrive in a rewarding paediatric role with strong team support, fantastic training and a salary that rewards your impact.

  • Salaries between $105k–$110k (negotiable based on experience), with regular salary reviews
  • Monthly bonus available for all work billed above KPI

  • Predominantly paediatric caseload (ages 1–17) with NDIS and private clients
  • Ongoing $500 annual allowance for PD, MDT training, formal mentoring & supervision included
  • Flexibility to work FT or PT, 9-day fortnight or 4 longer days - choose what works for you

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care to children, adolescents and their families
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and reports, meeting a KPI of 25 hrs/week
  • Collaborate closely with a passionate MDT while managing your own schedule
  • Work out of a clinic in Sydney’s South West – near Narellan
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Experience in private practice preferred, but new graduates welcome
  • Experience working with children highly desirable
  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
  • Full Australian Work Rights
