Why You'll Love This Role: - Salaries between $105k–$110k (negotiable based on experience), with regular salary reviews
- Monthly bonus available for all work billed above KPI
- Manageable KPI of 25 hours/week including travel and report writing
- Predominantly paediatric caseload (ages 1–17) with NDIS and private clients
- Ongoing $500 annual allowance for PD, MDT training, formal mentoring & supervision included
- Flexibility to work FT or PT, 9-day fortnight or 4 longer days - choose what works for you
- Option to WFH for report writing and resource development
- Strong, collaborative team with OTs, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners & more
- Phone & laptop provided, kilometre reimbursement for client-related travel

there is also opportunity to work across a sister clinic with adult clients. Your Duties will Include: - Deliver high-quality psychological care to children, adolescents and their families
- Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and reports, meeting a KPI of 25 hrs/week
- Collaborate closely with a passionate MDT while managing your own schedule
- Work out of a clinic in Sydney’s South West – near Narellan
Requirements/ Skills: - Experience in private practice preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Experience working with children highly desirable
- AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
