Join a well-established paediatric provider in Sydney’s Inner West, offering a genuine opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a clinically rewarding and influential position.

• $90,000 - $110,000 + 50% bonus structure paid every 6 months

About the Role
• Manage a paediatric caseload (clinic + community, flexible split)
• Provide clinical supervision to early-career Occupational Therapists
• Play a key role in developing a growing Occupational Therapy team
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and service development
• Opportunity to explore areas such as feeding therapy or telehealth services for rural children
• Work within a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team
About the Organisation
Join a team of 60 staff, including 45 therapists, supported by therapy assistants and allied health assistants.
The organisation has a well-established Speech Pathology team and is continuing to invest heavily in building a strong, experienced OT team — making this a key hire.
What We’re Looking For
• Occupational Therapist with 5+ years experience
• Experience or interest in clinical supervision/mentoring
• Passion for paediatrics and team development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• AHPRA registration
