Job Description

Join a well-established paediatric provider in Sydney’s Inner West, offering a genuine opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a clinically rewarding and influential position.

What’s on Offer
• $90,000 - $110,000 + 50% bonus structure paid every 6 months
• Reduced billable hours to support supervision and leadership
• Half-day Fridays – built-in work-life balance
• Flexible working hours (early starts / late finishes available)
• Work-from-home admin time
• Strong therapy assistant support
• Clear progression into Team Leader or senior clinical pathways

About the Role
• Manage a paediatric caseload (clinic + community, flexible split)
• Provide clinical supervision to early-career Occupational Therapists
• Play a key role in developing a growing Occupational Therapy team
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and service development
• Opportunity to explore areas such as feeding therapy or telehealth services for rural children
• Work within a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team

About the Organisation
Join a team of 60 staff, including 45 therapists, supported by therapy assistants and allied health assistants.

The organisation has a well-established Speech Pathology team and is continuing to invest heavily in building a strong, experienced OT team — making this a key hire.

What We’re Looking For
• Occupational Therapist with 5+ years experience
• Experience or interest in clinical supervision/mentoring
• Passion for paediatrics and team development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• AHPRA registration

Why This Role Stands Out
This isn’t just another senior OT role — it’s a chance to influence the direction of a growing team, reduce burnout with flexible working, and be recognised financially for your contribution.
