Job Description

Elevate your career as a Team Lead Occupational Therapist with our client, offering an attractive salary of up to $140,000 + Super, no billable targets, and the freedom to focus providing top quality care to patients!
  • Salaries starting at $100,000 - $140,000 + Super depending on your experience
  • Initial 50/50 split of caseload to managerial responsibilities, with caseload duties gradually decreasing as the team grows
  • Community role working with an adult only or mixed ages caseload & WFH for admin
This small, remote allied health organisation are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to support the growth of their business based in and around Brisbane!

Your Role:

Initially, you will divide your time evenly between working a caseload of either mixed ages or adult clientele in community settings, to your managerial responsibilities. Your managerial repsonsiblities will include but is not limited to; 
  • Recruiting and onboarding new clinicians in the team
  • Providing clinical supervision and support to junior occupational therapists
  • Facilitating meaningful, evidence based professional development sessions on an ad-hov basis 
  • Working with the director in providing suggestions for further quality improvement of services

  • Minimum $2500 PD allowance for external training
  • Flexible start and finish times - manage your own calendar  
  • WFH options for admin tasks (this includes report writing, caenotes and liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of your clients)
  • $7,500 Travel/ Car Allowance 
  • Work laptop and phone provided 
  • NO BILLABLE TARGETS - Work within a uniquly built "productivity model" designed in collaboration with allied health practitioners, to recognised the time spent on additional tasks often negated by other practicies to maintain a healthy work/life balance. 
  • Support your industry! Help maintain a high level of clinical care within the industy by offering your expertise and experience to help other OT's within your team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 Years post graduate experience - leadership experience is preferable but not essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
