Based primarily in a beautiful
Williamstown clinic, you'll combine a small clinical caseload with leadership responsibilities, helping mentor and develop a passionate multidisciplinary team while continuing to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Working across modern clinics in
Williamstown and Hawthorn, the team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Early Intervention Behaviour Practitioners and dedicated operations staff who manage bookings, scheduling and administration, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical care.
With a growing client base and strong demand in Melbourne's western suburbs, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Williamstown clinic.
The Role: This is a genuine leadership position where you'll spend your week balancing clinical practice with mentoring, supervision and team development.
Your clinical caseload is intentionally light, allowing you to focus on supporting both clients and clinicians.
Your responsibilities include: - Providing clinical leadership and supervision to the allied health team
- Supporting and mentoring clinicians, including new graduates
- Maintaining a clinical caseload of approximately 2-3 clients per day (around 15 billable hours per week)
- Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Contributing to service quality, clinical development and team culture
- Supporting the continued growth of the Williamstown clinic
- Occasional work from the Hawthorn clinic when required

About You We're looking for someone who: - Is an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
- Has previous paediatric experience
- Enjoys supervising, mentoring and developing clinicians

- Is passionate about early intervention and family-centred care
- Lives within a reasonable distance of Williamstown and is happy to occasionally support the Hawthorn clinic
