This growing community based Occupational Therapy provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join them in providing therapy services to NDIS clients ages 18+ primarily across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. Work with a range of clients, mostly adults with physical disabilities, with the opportunity to tailor your caseload based on your area of expertise.

Offering immense flexibility allowing you to work from home as needed and working hours and days to suit your lifestyle, their focus is to promote work/life balance within their team. 

About the role:

• Adult NDIS clients ages 18+ with a range of physical disabilities with your role including completing independent living assessments, home modifications, assistive technology and more
• Community based role with travel to clients limited around Melbourne's eastern suburbs
• Collaborate within a team of 4 x Occupational Therapists with support from an experienced OT

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
