Job Description

• Salary up to $115,000 + Super
• Mixed paediatric and adult caseload
• Clinic-based role with some local school visits
• Senior opportunity with mentoring and leadership pathways

This is a full-time Senior Speech Pathologist role across Hornsby 

You will work with a varied disability-focused caseload across paediatrics and adults, including ASD, GDD, ADHD, fluency, language and literacy. The caseload is approximately 60% NDIS and 40% private/Medicare, with an intake team helping match clients to your experience level.

You will also support junior Speech Pathologists, working closely with another senior clinician and the Clinic Manager. This role would suit someone with strong clinical reasoning, confidence in interpreting assessments and an interest in stepping into a senior position.

About the Clinic
The Hornsby clinic has 10 consultation rooms, onsite admin and a large, collaborative team large team of Speech Pathologists.
The team is fun, social and family-friendly, with Christmas and Easter celebrations, team-building activities and a strong focus on keeping staff happy and supported.

Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership or eligibility
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Experience across paediatric and/or adult caseloads
• Confidence supporting junior clinicians
• Interest in leadership or mentoring
