Job Description

Benefit from the guidance of Senior Occupational therapists with over 10+ years experience, recieve career advice from trained career coaches and engage in a structured New Graduate learning program complete with 1:1 weekly supervision! 
  • Salaries starting at $80,000 - $92,000 inc. super
  • Mixed ages caseload based in the community with an office hub
  • 12 month structured New Graduate program + 1:1 weekly supervision 
Full-time and part-time positions available in this company's office hub located near North Lakes in Brisbane's Northern suburbs. 

How you will be supported:

  • Receive guidance and mentoring from career coaches therapy to support you in mapping our your professional goals
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Senior Occupational therapist in the office or online
  • Optional weekly online peer supervision
  • Clinical specialisation programs for those looking to grow their skills
  • Daily check ins from your team leader
  • A structured onboarding process where you will work shadow other clinicians before getting started
  • A gradual increase of caseload
  • Administration support team to allow you to focus on what you do best
  • Progression pathways into operations or clinical areas

About the role:
  • Working with NDIS clients around your location
  • Work across the lifespan or with a caseload tailored to your experience and area of clinical interest
  • Varied caseload that can be specialised based on your preference
  • Work from their office located in Brisbane's Northern suburbs and visit clients at their homes within the local community
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
