They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join their team, with an uncapped professional development allowance and mentoring support to help you reach your career goals. Options for part-time OR full-time as well as flexible working hours.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing evidence-based therapy services to Adult NDIS clients around Penrith
  • Work from their office located in Penrith to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
  • Assist adult clients in achieving clearer speech & pronunciation, swallowing, improving social communication, achieving literacy/learning goals, communication and more.
  • Caseload will be tailored to your experience and preferred interest area
  • Service clients in a limited radius near your location
  • Ensure customers receive tailored services that are individualised & outcomes focused
  • Meet billable hours targets of 5 hours per day after induction (includes report writing, face-to-face and travel)
The Support Structure:
  • Uncapped professional development allowance to upskill in the areas that interest you
  • Clinical supervision (weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs)
  • Administration team to take care of your bookings and billings
  • Regular in-house training with your team
  • A structured onboarding program to ensure you ease into your role and develop your confidence
The Benefits:
  • Salary packages ranging from $76,000 - $135,000 + superannuation (based on your experience)
  • Salary packaging options of up to $15,900
  • Annual PD allowance of $1800

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Drivers license and vehicle
