Job Description

  • Salary ranging from $74,000 - $90,000 + Super 
  • Paediatric caseload supportive children ages 0-10 years
  • Comprehensive 12 month New Graduate Program tailored to you!
This Paediatric Allied Health organisation based on the Sunshine Coast operates out of two clinics within the community. With a small team of 26 allied health clinicians across both clinics and an incredibly supportive, friendly and positive team culture with low staff turnover- you will be set up for success in your role! 

Benefits:
  • Salary ranging from $74,000 - $90,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
  • Undertake a 12 month New Graduate learning program that is tailored to your areas of interest and professional development
  • Gradual increase of billable hours, with the aim of reaching 5 clients per day after 12 months
  • Weekly Supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist
  • Fortnightly multidisciplinary team training
  • Fortnightly Speech Pathologist peer mentoring
  • Peer support for administrative tasks - NDIS reports, therapy plans
  • $1000 (flexi) professional development allowance to support you in upskilling your areas of development
  • Work a 9 day fortnight - choose a day off every two weeks!

  • Administration team to take care of bookings and billings so you can focus on providing top quality therapy
Your day-today:

You will be conducting initial assessments, creating therapy plans tailored to each clients needs, facilitating therapy sessions (45mins face to face, 15mins note taking), communicating with families and other allied health professionals, writing NDIS reports (one per client) and engaging in weekly professional development to refine your skill and develop your confidence.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
