Job Description

  • Salary starting from $70,000 - $90,000 + Super
  • Paediatric Caseload based in the clinic and out in the community
  • Low billable targets of 3.8 per day

What you will be doing:

In your role, you will be conducting initial assessments with a mixed ages NDIS caseload, creating tailored therapy plans, writing progress notes and NDIS reports to track your clients progress. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will engage in weekly supervision sessions with a Senior Occupational Therapist to receive support with your caseload and ask any clinical questions you may have.

Additionally, you will be participating in fortnightly discipline specific or multidisciplinary training sessions that will further grow your practice, and will be provided a $800 professional development allowance to undertake external courses that will further support your development as an Occupational Therapist. 

How you will be supported:
  • Undertake regular supervision with a Senior clinician and receive support with your caseload
  • Clinic administration team will take care of your bookings and billings so you can focus on providing the best treatment to your clients
  • $800 External CPD budget (annual/ pro rata)
  • Access a vast library of practice specific training modules to support you in upskilling in your areas of interest
  • Peer support system- share ideas and work with colleagues within your team to continue to grow your skills

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
