- Salary starting from $95,000 - $110,000 + Super Depending on your experience
- 70% Paediatric Caseload - 30% Managerial responsibilities based on site in the outdoor clinic
- Opportunity to do some outreach, running the Kindy uplift programs in rural communities if you wish!

Your Role:
You will be supporting a small team of passionate, paediatric occupational therapists providing supervision and professional development, and assisting the director with business development, project planning and execution and quality improvement of services. Previous leadership experience required.
In addition to your leadership role, you will also be supporting paediatric (predominantly school aged clients) with emotional regulation, sesory processing, fine motor & gross motor development, visual perception and managing routines.

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Leadership experience required
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
