About the Role
In this role, you will design and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans and provide education to NDIS participants and their families. Working both independently and within a vibrant multidisciplinary team, your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for diverse communities in Western Sydney.

We are looking for: - Core, Proficient, or Advanced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (evidence required)
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans using evidence-based, positive behaviour support frameworks.
- Deliver high-quality education and interventions to NDIS participants and their families in various settings—from community centres and schools to client homes.
- Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and ensure all documentation meets best-practice and NDIS compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate services, share updates, and enhance participant outcomes.
Requirements/Skills: - Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or similar).
- Current Behaviour Support Practitioner registration or eligibility for registration, with demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework and ability to develop function-based support strategies.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
